The detail is beautiful and service was wonderful. I was a bit confused on how to get this with the custom engraving and how to get it fast, because my childhood cat died and I'm leaving for college in a few days, and they explained it thoroughly to me. I really appreciate this shop, as with my experience with them has been fantastic even in this sad time. I can tell that the people in this shop aren't just trying to profit, but they're trying to help people remember others in a way that's good for them and I truly appreciate that.
