These scattering tubes were perfect for what I needed them for. Devora was patient with me while I struggled to come up with the engraving. She worked with me to find just the right words and placement. She even caught and corrected my grammatical error, which I appreciated, so that they didn’t read incorrectly. I explained I needed them by a certain date to take with me out of town and she made sure there was no delay in engraving them and delivering them. She didn’t hesitate to ship them to me ASAP. They were exactly as described and shown in photos. They are excellent quality and have very nice individual drawstring pouches to keep them in. I made it through TSA without any trouble. Having photos of what I ordered helped them to understand what they were looking at on X-ray. 10/10 would buy again if needed.
