If I could leave a negative five star review I would. I placed my order on April 29th for a set of five winged heart cremation keepsake urns with custom engraving on each for all of my mother's (who recently passed) adult grandchildren. It was to saw "Always loved never forgotten forever missed" However, on May 8th I received a set that said "always loved never forgotten never missed" In tears I messaged them immediately. They responded the next day with an apology and a promise to make it right. On May 10th I received another incorrectly engraved set. This time it said always loved never forgotten always missed. At this point I was frustrated but again I messaged them immediately however I didn't hear back from them until May 13th. With another apology and a promise to make it right.
