This is a very cute charm and urn, but it wasn’t the charm I ordered. The seller explained they where out of the one I wanted & offered a different one or a refund . I decided to do the refund only because I decided to customize one myself. She was very apologetic and refunded my money and let me keep the one she sent to me. I will definitely use this site again, it was there fault, mistakes happen, and she was very easy to work with to resolve this issue.
