The necklace that the urn pendant comes on is a joke. it boke in hours after 1st putting it on. The heart is also connected to the urn by a keyring that is also very much a joke. The rest of the piece is as expected.

I've ordered urn necklaces before and by far this is my favorite store. The necklaces are very good quality. I love how they come with a kit to put the ashes in. Thank you!
